Our Services are available to individuals and businesses, subject to project scope, pricing agreements, and these Terms.

2. Account & User Responsibilities

Currently, Distack Solutions does not require user accounts to access its services. However, future SaaS products may require account registration.

You agree that you will not:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell, distribute, or misuse our software, applications, or digital assets.
• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any proprietary software or solutions.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

3. Payment & Billing

We offer both one-time payment and subscription-based services.

For Custom Software Development:

• We require a 50% upfront payment before starting a project.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
• If a project is canceled mid-development, the initial 50% is non-refundable due to resource allocation.

For SaaS Subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance.
• Cancellations do not qualify for refunds, but access remains until the billing period ends.

4. Refund Policy

Distack Solutions maintains a strict No Refund Policy. However, we provide:

• Free trials for SaaS products before purchase.
• Bug fixes and maintenance as part of post-development support.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, design elements, and content developed by Distack Solutions remain the property of Distack Solutions unless explicitly transferred via contract. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Distack Solutions provides services on an "as is" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. We are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, business revenue, or profits due to service usage.
• Third-party actions, software errors, or service interruptions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the United States (depending on the project’s jurisdiction). Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
