3. Payment & Non-Refundable Deposits

• A 50% upfront deposit is required before project initiation.
• The remaining 50% is due upon completion.
• If a project is canceled midway by the client, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers resource allocation.

For SaaS Subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance.
• No refunds are issued once a billing cycle has started.
• Users may cancel their subscriptions anytime, but they will retain access until the current billing period ends.

4. Service Modifications & Cancellations
